Super cute

Bought 2 of them for our twin 2 y/o girls. My twins are a tad on the smaller side but they fit on these perfect with plenty of rm to grow. Their 3 y/o brother fits in it as well. My husband put both of them together in about an hr, stickers are hard to put on without having bubbles in areas. They are adorable. :2011-11-13 03:48:33

Great Toy for Our Daughter
We bought this power wheels about a month ago, and our daughter has been glued to it ever since. She's 2 years old, and it's the first toy she runs to when she gets home from school. The battery longevity is better than I expected. It lasts every bit of an entire evening with her driving as well as friends kids that come over and play with it too. It's slow enough that anyone could walk beside it while a child operates it, and fast enough that it isn't boring to the kids (as long as it's on pavement, in the grass it goes pretty slow). Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Hope that helps. :2011-11-13 00:10:02

Love the Quad,

We bought this quad for my 19 month old for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. Not only has it been a joy to her, but my 4 year old loves riding it too. I was surprised at how much power this thing has as my 4 year old is able to cruise acrfess the grass on it. If you are looking for an inexpensive quad for your little one this one is a sure buy. :2011-11-13 03:49:37

Great Ride On Toy
We bought this item for our one year old and she absolutely loves it. She loves to sit and play on it all the time now. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone interested in purchasing. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and most important of all our kid really enjoys this toy. Only thing I would recommend is that you take time when applying the stickers as they have a tendency to "ripple" when applying to the contoured surfaces. :2011-11-12 23:22:05

worth it!,

This is everything we could ask for. Our four year old rides it, it's better than the 6volt models and Barbie to boot! Great buy! :2011-11-13 03:50:47
Lots of fun
Product box came heavily damaged with holes in it and a few the screws missing. That could be anybody's fault. A trip to the hardware store for $2 solved the issue and she wants to ride it all the time. Hard wheels are loud on concrete. It has good power and battery life. :2011-04-17 14:32:48

Daughter Loves this
My daughter just turned 5. She is 45" and a bit tall at her age. This quad is Big Enough for her! I can see her riding it for a few years too. She likes that when she turns back on the handle bar it will go at the faster speed. :2011-04-17 14:32:29

Better than the Scooter   My niece really loves her Power Wheel. I'm happy all the parts were there and assembling was simple. I'm not too fund with the back and forth button being in a place where she'd need to take her hands off the handle bars, but it's still an amazing ride! :2011-04-17 14:32:04

Lots of fun, sturdy, easy to use
The Power Wheels KFX was fairly easy to put together. My husband put it together in less than an hour. My daughter really loves it. She is pretty big for her age (5), and she has to bend her leg a certain way to keep it on the pedal (her legs may be a bit too long), but she seems comfortable while riding. I haven't heard any complaints. The battery lasts a long time. It has no problems riding over uneven pavement, rocks, grass and other bumps in the road. My daughter didn't have any problems figuring out how to push the buttons to go forward and in reverse. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this for other parents. :2011-04-17 14:31:47

worth it!   This is everything we could ask for. Our four year old rides it, it's better than the 6volt models and Barbie to boot! Great buy! :2011-04-17 14:31:27

Still going strong   We bought this for our 4 year old, christmas of 2009. Our 4 year old is now 5 and loves riding this little machine next to the big quad. It is durable enough that the grownups have fit there butts on this little machine and ran around the yard on it, no problems. My main concern when we bought it was the hard plastic wheels, i was worried they would crack and break. No problems at all they are holding up nice. The battery hold a long charge also. I wish i had one of these (not pink) when i was 5. :2011-04-17 14:31:08

my daughter loves it and it goes anywhere
yes this thing is great, easy to assemble, seems to be durable,(she has been riding it alot since christmas), she had a barbie jeep that would not run very well in our wooded and sloped backyard, but this one goes through it with no problems, way better than the jammin jeep! :2011-04-17 14:30:50

She loves it
My 6 year old daughter simply loves it. It was much easier to put together than I anticipated. She has only been able to ride it once since xmas due to the snow but she was thrilled. It did very well going up and down the steep hill on our property and her 8 year old brother enjoyed the few minutes she let him ride. Great product for the money. :2011-04-17 14:30:33

Awesome 4-wheeler for girls
We were looking for a 12v four wheeler for our 3 year old and decided on the Power Wheels Barbie KFX. I couldn't be happier! We followed the directions and put it together in about 20-30 minutes. It runs great(so far she hasn't gotten stuck, but she is only 30 pounds) Since our daughter is 3, we did not hook up the high speed option. It arrived from Amazon very quickly and the box was in great condition. I love the colors and look of this 4-wheeler. It would be nice if it had a battery gauge, so you know when it's time to re-charge it, but overall it's the best look and quality for the money. :2011-04-17 14:30:13

Power Wheels Barbie KFX 12V
This a well built toy that is relatively easy to assemble. It holds a charge very well and will provide at least two hours of fun between charges. It is best suited for young users as it has a slow speed and parent selectable high speed (a separate plug near the battery) that can be used for advanced drivers. A very good toy!! :2011-04-17 14:29:55

Best bang for your buck
Very easy to assemble, great price and is tons of fun for a kiddo! Has good acceleration and is easy for my 4 year old to maneuver. Goes up hills well and does great on gravel. It's better than the other vehicles twice it's price. Would totally recommend this for kiddos ages 3 and up, although at age 4 they do better with the steering and using the brake :) :2011-04-17 14:29:34

Great option for beginner ATV   This is a great alternative for a real kids ATV. I have one of the red Kawasaki KFX models for my son who is 2 years old and he loves it. But I found out after purchasing it my 3 year old girl loved it too. So...I purchased the Barbie model for my daughters 4 year birthday and it fits her great. The ATV goes everywhere without requiring adult "pushing" and teaches the kids how to maneuver the vehicle. I believe my little girl probably will be able to ride this for a couple of years. :2011-04-17 14:29:17

Editorial Reviews

Fun for our Grandson
We purchased this for our grandson's second birthday. It was pretty quick to assemble and seems to be made well. The look on our grandson's face when he discovered this waiting for him in our backyard was priceless. He immediately climbed on and learned to operate it quickly. There are two speeds on this quad. Initially we did not connect the faster speed until he gained some experience and confidence riding it. We waited a couple of months and then connected the turbo control which he now uses without any problem. The battery holds a charge for a long time. We bought this in July and haven't had to charge it yet although it finally seems to be slowing down a little. The only down side with this item is its size. It takes us a bit of room in our garage and it is too big for our daughter to take home to her apartment. This is a great item for any child to have. It's so much fun to ride that even my wife has gotten on it with our grandson and ridden it.

Awesome addition to toddlers toys
We purchased this ATV for our 28 month toddler. At first we considered less expensive options but after reading the reviews about this ATV we beleived we found the right item. After a quick installation, we charged the battery overnight. He next day although he was somewhat apprehensive he immediately figured out the footpedal accelerator the steering and the hand throttle. Nit seemed rather intuitive for him. Also we love the two speed options. We love the stability a four wheeler provides versus and trike or two wheeled bike. Overall this ATV garners much attention and on one overnight charge we can go 3-4 days of riding (20 mins at a time). The ATV will not disappoint. One downside is the plastic wheels which does create a bit of a racket on avement or concrete. However we followed the others and installed 12.5 inch rubber bike tires over the plasic wheels then used some synthetic glue and two screws to attach and viola loud annoyng sound is gone. Check YouTube for the guy who shows you how to install the 12.5 inch tires. Just need good pair of shears to cut open the tires. Overall. Our toddler loves this addition and requests to ride it daily.

Awesome Quad
I did a lot of research on all the power wheel quads available before purchasing one for my 2 year old son. I'm a Harley mechanic so you can imagine how pickey I am!!! This quad is easy enough for him to use at the age of 2, and big enough for him to use for many years to come!!! You can set the speed on it at 2mph or a max speed of 5mph. When the speed is set at 5mph it is controlled by a foot pedal and twist throttle together, which is a good learning tool if you plan on getting your child a motorcycle later on in life. When the speed is set a 2mph it is controlled by a foot pedal, which is easy to use for all age groups of children. This quad goes great in the yard and in the dirt!! A helmet is not necessary, but a good idea to get your child use to wearing one for later in life. A simple bicycle helmet will do if you don't want to spend the money on a motorcycle helmet. I bought my son a motorcycle helmet and I can't get the kid to take it off!!! The quad does need to be assembled when purchased, for me it seemed very easy, it does come with all the tools required for assembly, but some good wrenches will make assembly a little easier!!!! For people that don't know much about the batteries, this one has a 12volt battery. Follow the charging instructions to the T if you want the battery to last, short time quick charging will shorten the battery life, and they are not that cheap to replace!!! This quad is awesome!!!!! I'm sure it will be pasted down to our next child when we decide to have one!!!!!!

Fun for the little guy
Our 2 ½ yr old loves this. He out grew the smaller Lil Kawasaki and had to graduate to this. He figured out the forward and reverse pretty quickly. We attached the cable for the second gear after a couple weeks and he TOOK off with a huge smile. Great fun! Be warned - all the neighborhood kids are jealous and try to sneak rides! We have a very hilly yard and the traction wasn't sufficient to climb the hills. We bought regular BMX bike tires from Walmart, cut off the side walls, slide them onto the tires = works fantastic for traction (there is no hill he can't climb anymore) and reduced the clatter noise on pavement (before he wouldn't have heard us if we yelled to watch out for something!). When he circled, they would slide off from time to time, so I used flexible adhesive (Goop, I think it was called) and they haven't slipped since. I highly recommend doing this BMX tire trick if you get this.

My 2 year old loves it
My son got this for his 2nd birthday and loves it. He can reach the pedals fine and is able to ride around without much assistance, but hasn't quite got the hang steering yet. I like that it has a slower speed especially for his age and we can adjust it to go faster when he gets older. My other 2 kids, 10 and 8, have also taken it for a spin, but it does definately slow it down. It seems pretty durable.

If you want better Traction
I found a site that sells the Rubber Bands to help with the traction. I have wanted these for ages, so I wanted to share! Go to Traction Bands Dot Com. don't type the dot, but didn't want to add a link that would get deleted. We have always had problems with the tires spinning on the hills and grass. So I hope these help any of you guys with the same problem!

Excellent product   Excellent product and tons of fun. My daughter is 2 years old, she needs a little bit help because she cannot reach the pedal but she loves it.And the battery last forever, just remember to charge it after.

The perfect little girl car   We bought this for my 2 year 8 month-old daughter for Christmas. She loves it! Even when she isn't driving she sits in it and watches t.v. Her legs aren't quite long enough to push the pedal yet, but she manages. I love that this car has two modes so it will go faster as she gets older. It looks so realistic and wasn't as complicated as we thought to assemble. It only took about an hour.
